Nvidia finally presented its new GPU GeForce RTX 3060, a graphics built based on the Ampere architecture and aimed at all players.
According to the manufacturer, this printer will be available at the end of February and will have a price of 329 dollars.
Yesterday was a busy day for NVIDIA. The California manufacturer introduced the GeForce RTX 3060, RTX 3070 and RTX 3080 handheld graphics. These GPUs were long awaited, and will then be featured in notebooks with prices ranging from $ 999 to $ 1,999. They have Ampere architecture and will be available for more than 70 notebooks starting on January 26th.
But Nvidia did not stop there and also revealed another graphics card in the RTX 30 range for desktops.
Nvidia's GeForce RTX 3060 has 12 GB of VRAM for $ 329
NVIDIA also presented this Tuesday the new GPU GeForce 3060 with Ampere architecture, during CES 2021. The card has 12 GB of VRAM, a capacity above the already launched RTX 3060 Ti, which has 8 GB.
It brings support for Ray Tracing and DLSS technology and promises to offer gamers rates above 60 fps with Ray Tracing in 1080p. According to NVIDIA, the GeForce RTX 3060 has 13 TFLOPS of computing power, up to 35 TFLOPS in Ray Tracing and up to 101 Tensor-FLOPS for actions that use Artificial Intelligence.
One of Nvidia's goals is that users of the GTX 1060 can now opt for the RTX 3060. Note that the GTX 1060 is the most popular graphics card among gamers on the Steam platform.
