Acer recently announced three new models of gaming monitors inserted in the premium Predator and Nitro lines. All equipment comes with different configurations, sizes and resolutions. As a curiosity, one of the models has the ability to achieve a refresh rate of 275Hz.

In October last year, Acer introduced six new gaming monitors to the world. And this presentation showed that the Taiwanese manufacturer is betting heavily on this segment. Thus, gamers are grateful, since they are able to obtain and enjoy a completely unique and improved experience during the various exciting moments of the game.
Now the company is back in charge and announces three more powerful monitor models.
Acer introduces new Predator and Nitro monitors
With this announcement, the company thus expands its interesting portfolio available on the gamer monitors market. The models presented are the Predator XB273U NX, Predator XB323QK NV and Nitro XV282K KV. Let's get to know each one better.
Predator XB273U NX
Of the three, this model is the one that offers the highest refresh rate of 275Hz (overclock) and a response time of just 0.5ms (GtG, or Gray-to-Gray, which basically means the time it takes a pixel to spend from one gray level to the next).
It has 27 inches and a WQHD resolution of 2560 x 1440. It is HDR compatible and achieves 95% of the DCI-P3 color spectrum. The IPS LCD features an exclusive technology from Acer, called Agile-Splendor, which promises sharp images even at wider viewing angles.
This monitor is compatible with G-Sync and is intended for professional gamers. It should arrive in Europe, Middle East and Africa in May for 1,179 euros.
Predator XB323QK NV
The Predator XB323QK NV model is larger and has 31.5 inches, with UHD resolution of 3840 x 2160. It is also compatible with G-Sync and has a refresh rate of 144Hz.
It also offers Agile-Splendor technology compatible with HDR and, in addition, has a VESA DisplayHDR 400 certificate.
These two Predator models have a set of features called VisionCare 4.0. The goal is to protect your eyes and vision during long hours of play by adjusting brightness and colors. In addition, they are among the first monitors in the world to receive a T¨V / Rheinland Eyesafe eye certification.
The Predator XB323QK NV will arrive in Europe, Middle East and Africa in May for 1,199 euros.
Nitro XV282K KV
This is a 3840 x 2160 4K IPS and promises a 100,000,000: 1 contrast. Acer did not disclose the size of the screen, however it is suspected that it may be 28 inches.
The model is compatible with AMD FreeSync and achieves a refresh rate of 144Hz. It also features Agile-Splendor and VisionCare 3.0 technologies.
This model will also arrive in Europe, Middle East and Africa in May for 949 euros.
