After Nvidia announced its powerful GeForce RTX 3070, RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 graphics, the hardware market gained momentum. This is because it is fantastic equipment and the tests have been satisfactory.
However, it is also suspected that the manufacturer may be preparing the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti with 20 GB. And now a list of future ASUS cards confirms that this GPU will then be a reality.
Our readers recently considered Nvidia to be the best graphics chip maker. And that result certainly did not happen by chance.
The launch of the GeForce RTX 3070, RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 graphics marked the beginning of several other promising company launches for this year and the beginning of the next. More recently the brand launched the long-awaited RTX 3060 Ti, a board far superior to the RTX 2080 Super.
But in addition to that, there is another powerful graphics card that Nvidia could bring soon. We are talking about the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti.
GeForce RTX 3080 Ti appears on ASUS list
After appearing in the driver update, the existence of the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics now seems to be practically confirmed.
The GPU has now appeared on a list of future ASUS cards, this being the first time that a manufacturer has mentioned this model. According to the website VideoCardz, the information was posted on the ASUS service website and on the official support website.
In the list, the printers appear with the codes ROG-STRIX-RTX3080TI-O20G-GAMING and ROG-STRIX-RTX3080TI-20G-GAMING. According to the details revealed, the graphics card will then have 20 GB of VRAM memory.
The first card should therefore bring overclock from the factory, and the second will have reference clock speeds.
The RTX 3080 Ti is expected to be based on the GA102 chip and have 10,496 CUDA cores. If confirmed, then this graphics will offer the same number of cores as the GeForce RTX 3090. The difference will be in the VRAM memory capacity, as the RTX 3090 has 24 GB.
Initial rumors indicated that Nvidia intended to launch the RTX 3080 Ti in January, however the brand is estimated to have postponed to February. It is just not understood why the manufacturer has not yet officially announced this printer.
